Lionel Bellotti
Consultant
Lionel joined the Praxis International team after a productive and intense career in trade unionism and metallurgy. As a man of dialogue with exacting reformist convictions, he was Federal Secretary in charge of the "Iron and Steel, Forges and Foundries" sectors within the FO Métaux (FO Metals) federation.
Lionel has detailed knowledge of the industrial world, particularly Alstom, Arcelor Mittal and Eramet, and studied mechanical engineering and ergonomics at the CNAM (French National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts). He learned about the methodology of institutional transformation by taking part in seminars such as FLAM (femininity, leadership, authority and masculinity), organised by the International Forum for Social Innovation (IFSI-FIIS).
Proud of his Italian origins, passionate about music and curious about the world's cultures, Lionel seeks as a consultant, and as he did previously as a trade union leader, to combine the specific identity of each individual with the collective interest of the institutions he supports.
