Upon request by the institution, our firm works on detecting and developing its talent and high potential.

The goal is to ensure the succession of managers to consolidate the durability of the company.

We can act upstream to identify those with the highest potential, or downstream to develop the talent already identified by management.

Our activity includes individual interviews and support to talented personnel in their current function and particularly, the preparation of their career development along with its many challenges, such as taking up a function and authority.
